And because we build and maintain our map databases on computers using the latest technology, you can expect the highest standards in quality and accuracy throughout our entire family of products.

Custom Laminated Thomas Guide Books

All Laminated Thomas Guides are done by custom order and we strive to ship them within 5 to 7 days of order being placed. We do not accept returns on custom laminated Thomas Guide map books.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added on shipments to California.

Shipping

Most Thomas Guide orders will be shipped out the same day with larger order shipping in about 2 business days of receipt. We are not able to ship to addresses outside the United States. Most packages are shipped via UPS. Shipments to post office boxes are shipped via the US Postal Service Priority Mail.

For an additional charge, we can ship your Thomas Guides via Federal Express. Please indicate your requirements in the Comments field on the order form, and we will send you a price quote.

Tracking

Packages shipped via UPS can be tracked online. If you provide a street address for shipping (UPS cannot ship to post office boxes), we will ship via UPS unless you request otherwise. Be sure to provide a valid e-mail address. Please allow approximately two business days for us to ship your order.

Returns

If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us for order  instructions within 48 hours of receipt of your order at (951) 928-4040. If you have changed your mind about the product, you will need to ship the order back to us, (books unopened), with shipping prepaid.  We will provide a refund back to your card as long as the shipment is returned within 7 days.  Thomas Bros. Maps Wall Maps are non-returnable and Custom Laminated Books are non-returnable.

 

Please do not open the package if you are returning the item.
